Conference Registration Policy & Disclaimer

Travel:
Attendees are responsible for their own airfare, ground transportation and lodging.

Substitutions:
Registrants unable to attend the conference may send a substitute. Registrants are required to submit a substitution request to events@readytoroar2020.com to have their substitutions approved and confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:
In order to cancel your registration, you must contact events@readytoroar2020.com in writing (via email). All cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, and the amount paid.

No-Shows:
If you do not submit a written cancellation request within the eligible time-frames mentioned in the cancellation policy, and/or do not attend the event, no refunds will be given

Cancellation Policy Schedule:
If you cancel on or before November 1, 2019, your registration fee will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee and you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation. Ready 2 Roar has 15 business days to refund you any monies due to the credit card on which payment was made.

If you cancel on or before December 31, 2019, your registration fee will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee and you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation. Ready 2 Roar has 15 business days to refund you any monies due to the credit card on which payment was made.

If you cancel on January 1, 2020 or later, no refunds will be given.
